At Hearthstone Behavioral Health, our goal is to provide the highest quality behavioral and mental health services. All of our therapists are either nationally certified (Board Certified Behavior Analysts, BCBAs) or licensed to practice psychology in the state of Kentucky (Licensed Psychological Associates, LPAs). This is to offer the highest caliber care in working toward positive outcomes for all of our participants, clients, and their families.
Positive Behavior Support Services

For those seeking Positive Behavior Support, our services aim to increase overall autonomy as well as residential and community functioning. This includes:

  • Tailoring person-centered services for each individual participant.
  • Assisting participants to create and maintain natural support networks.
  • Educating and supporting participants on their right to choice, inclusion, employment, growth, and privacy.
  • Providing and fostering an environment free of restraints.
  • Working toward satisfactory outcomes for our participants which lead to relationships, dignity, choice, genuine contribution, and inclusion in community life.
Positive Behavior Support Services

Supports for Community Living

It is our mission to support the Supports for Community Living (SCL) program goals for all participants to:

  • Receive person-centered waiver services which address what is important to and for each individual participant.
  • Live in their community with effective, individualized assistance.
  • Enjoy living and working in their community.

We accept participants on both the Supports for Community Living (SCL) Waiver and the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW). Private pay options are also available.

Autism & Psychological Testing

All of our testing measures are empirically validated and our assessors are under the Clinical Supervision of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to ensure the most accurate results. Testing services include:

  • A clinical interview with the client and/or legal guardians.
  • Full battery of measures administered to ensure the most accurate findings.
  • Testing results and feedback sessions two weeks post testing.
  • A full psychological report detailing findings and clinical recommendations.
  • An income-based sliding fee schedule to assist families experiencing financial hardship.
  • A 10% discount on testing services for military, First Responders, nurses, and teachers.

  • Counseling appointments Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • An income-based sliding fee schedule to assist families experiencing financial hardship.
  • A 10% discount on our counseling services to military personal, First Responders, Nurses, and Teachers.
